It's our most popular option – the one that keeps members progressing year after year. We can also adapt your blueprint around injuries, health conditions, and life stress when needed.
What it is
Small group coaching sessions (max 10–12 people) delivered through our Built Different Coaching System. You’ll follow a personal blueprint built around your goals, training history, stress levels and recovery needs.
Every session is coached, but beyond that, your training sits inside a structured six-pillar system. We review your progress, adjust your volume and intensity, and guide your recovery just as seriously as your workouts.
You’re not just attending sessions, you’re being coached. Every three months, your blueprint is reviewed and adapted to keep you progressing and never left to figure it out alone.

There’s no personalised Blueprint, no 1:1 programming and no ongoing review process within our Group Fitness Classes
What it is
Our Group Fitness Classes are flexible drop-in fitness classes covering strength training, conditioning, mobility, and more. Every class is coached, which means we're there to guide you, scale exercises to your level, and make sure you're training safely.
These aren't your typical gym classes, they’re structured, coach-led sessions designed to build strength, fitness and confidence. There's no pressure to keep up, no max competing, and everything can be scaled to suit where you're at.
Unlike Group Personal Training, Group Fitness does not include the personal blueprint or ongoing personalised coaching.
Who it's for
Group Fitness Classes are ideal if you:
- Want variety in your training
- Prefer flexibility over fixed appointment slots
- Have some training experience (or have done our 6-week Kickstarter)
- Enjoy the energy of group sessions
- Like being told what to do without overthinking it

Option 1: Trial Month – Unlimited Classes
Get full access to our class timetable for £99 (normally £159) and experience our coach-led group fitness classes before committing to a membership.
This option is ideal if you want to explore our classes before committing to a membership. (Please note: This is for more experienced people)

We'll talk through your goals, walk you through the class schedule and help you understand what to expect, and get you booked in, whether it's coaching or classes that are your fit.

What it is
Our wellness offering focuses on the work that helps you move better, recover properly, and balance the harder training you do elsewhere.
Think yoga, mobility sessions, breathwork, and recovery practices – all taught by experienced coaches who understand how this work fits into your overall health.
Wellness is one of the core pillars of the Misfit Six-Pillar System and includes our dedicated Recovery Room, built around Pillar 5 – Recovery.
Compression boots, targeted mobility, breathwork, and hands-on recovery tools designed to help you train consistently, reduce injury risk, and avoid burnout.
We also operate a treatment room with on-site physio and sports massage, allowing us to support everything from performance optimisation to injury management, all under one roof.
