YOUR SIX-WEEK JOURNEY
WEEK 1-2 – FOUNDATION
We start with the basics – teaching you proper movement patterns, building confidence, and getting you comfortable in the gym environment. Everything is scaled to your level.
WEEK 3-4 – PROGRESS
You'll continue getting stronger as we gradually add weight, introduce new exercises, and build on what you've learned. Alongside your training, you'll learn simple nutrition habits that support your progress and recovery.
Week 5-6 - Momentum
By now, training feels normal. You're lifting weights you didn't think possible six weeks ago. We'll talk about what comes next and how to keep building on what you've achieved.

What happens after the six weeks?
You'll have three options:
- Continue with Group PT membership (from £185/month) – most Kickstarters choose this
- Switch to Group Fitness Classes only (from £99/month) if you want more flexibility
- Take a break – no pressure, no hard sell. We'd rather you make the right choice for you.


QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE
I'm a complete beginner – will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. The Kickstarter is designed specifically for beginners. Everything is taught from scratch and scaled to your level. You won't be expected to keep up with anyone – you'll work at your own pace with coaching support.
What if I can't make it to all the sessions?
Life happens – we get it. You can book sessions that suit your schedule through our members portal. If you miss one, just book the next available slot that works for you.
Will I be in a group with experienced people?
No. We run dedicated Kickstarter groups so everyone's starting from a similar place. You'll train alongside other beginners who are on the same journey.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and some water. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (nothing fancy – tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt are perfect). We have everything else you need.
What if I don't feel confident or I'm nervous?
That's exactly who we built this for. Most people who start the Kickstarter feel exactly the same way – nervous, unsure, worried they won't fit in. That feeling usually disappears after the first session.
Can I try a session before committing?
We prefer not to do drop-in trials because it doesn't give you a fair sense of what we do. The Kickstarter is designed as a complete introduction with progression built in. If you're unsure, book a free consultation first – we can show you around and answer all your questions
What happens if I don't like it?
We'd rather you give it three sessions before deciding. If after three sessions you genuinely don't feel it's right, we'll refund you the difference – no arguments. We only want people here who want to be here.
