WEEK ONE – GETTING STARTED
You'll get familiar with the class schedule, meet the coaches, and settle into a rhythm. We'll help you choose sessions that suit your level and goals.
Week two - Building consistency
By week two, you'll start to feel stronger and more confident. Training becomes part of your routine rather than something you have to force yourself to do.
Week Three - Momentum
Three weeks in, you've built a habit. You'll notice improvements in strength, fitness, and how you feel day-to-day. We'll talk about what comes next.

What happens after 21 days
You'll have three options:
1. Continue with a Group Fitness membership (from £99/month) – most people choose this
2. Upgrade to Group PT (from £185/month) if you want more individual programming
3. Take a break – no pressure. We'd rather you make the right choice for you.

FAQs
I'm a beginner – is this suitable for me?
If you're brand new to training, we'd recommend starting with the 6-Week Kickstarter instead. It's specifically designed for complete beginners and includes more hands-on coaching. The 21 Days programme assumes some basic fitness experience.
How many classes should I do per week?
We recommend 3-4 sessions per week to get the most out of the three weeks. But you can do more or less depending on your schedule and recovery – we'll guide you.
What if I can't make certain class times?
That's fine – there are multiple sessions throughout the week. You book what suits your schedule through our members portal.
Will I be training with experienced people?
Classes have a mix of experience levels, but everything is coached and scalable. You work at your level – no one's judging or comparing.
Can I extend beyond 21 days if I'm enjoying it?
Absolutely. Most people do. At the end of three weeks, we'll talk about what membership option makes sense if you want to continue.
What if I don't like it?
Give it at least 3-4 sessions before deciding. If after that you genuinely don't feel it's right, let us know – we'll work something out. We only want people here who want to be here.
