Group Fitness Classes

A unique range of signature group fitness classes

Stacked: A structured strength based class focused on key movements and building all over body strength to make you healthier, stronger and more resilient.

Jacked: A muscle building class with a spilt focus on upper and lower body muscle groups. Want bigger glutes, legs and arms? This is the class for you.

Shift: A Metcon based conditioning class incorporating different structures such as AMRAPS, pyramids, ladders and EMOM structures. This is the class where you’ll get a sweat on and develop cardio, strength and endurance.

Engine: A lower longer heart rate based class focusing on pacing, heart and lung health and recovery. We’ll teach you how to effectively pace workouts leading to greater overall work rate and improved recovery times.

Throwdown: A different focus each week, you’ll work close to your limit in Throwdown. Incorporating cardio, intervals as well as strength and power work,  Throwdown is a true functional fitness challenge.

Lifting Club: With a focus on the key Olympic Weightlifting Movements, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, you’ll refine your technique and learn the finer details of the OLY lifts. (Please note this class is not suitable for beginners. You must have experience using a barbell)
