At Misfit We do Personal Training Differently
High Quality Coaching, Individualised sessions based on your goals and current level in a fun team dynamic.
Taken in groups of no more than 6 our small group personal training sessions set the foundation for your health and fitness.
With a wide variety of exercises and technical movements we’ll help you learn, get you stronger than you’ve ever been and help you unlock movements that you didn't think were possible all in friendly and supportive environment.
Our Personal Training Framework

Every new Personal Training member at MISFIT is welcomed with their very own 1-1 session to introduce you to the MISFIT world and the give the opportunity to spend a quality hour with a coach.
In this session:
We’ll get to know you, find out your goals, what training you’ve done before (if any) and answer any questions that you may have.
We’ll talk through any previous or current injuries/medical issues so that we know what we need to work on with you to keep you safe and moving well.
We’ll talk in depth about your goals or help you come up with some and map out the path to success.
We’ll complete a short movement assessment to look at your posture and movement and introduce you to out key movements before you begin training.

You’ll have the choice to begin two different personal training programs, Complete or Perform.
Complete is the perfect program for those that want a focus on getting stronger, moving better, learning the ins and outs of the gym whilst building a good all round level of fitness.
Perform is the perfect program for members that are comfortable working in the gym environment and have a good technical understanding of movements. Our perform program includes more advanced strength training, olympic weight lifting and additional conditioning and cardiovascular work.
Your MISFIT coach will be able to recommend the most suitable program for your current level and goals.

Each personal training session at MISFIT is designed to be adjusted to your current fitness level and our coaches will work with you to accommodate your preferences, needs and goals.

All members have their own profile and access to our training app.
Here you can tell us about everything from your sleep, energy levels through to tracking what you’ve been lifting in the gym as you progress.
You’ll have full access to all MISFIT sessions as well as as sessions for you to complete at home or on holiday as well as educational content on sleep, nutrition and mindset.

At MISFIT our sole goal is to see you succeed.
Our coaches will check in with you every session, you’ll hear from us with a friendly check in if you miss a session and every client receives a monthly review form and a 1-1 in person quarterly review where we review your last 3 months of training, look at your goals and help you plan your next phase of training so you can ensure that you’re always moving forward.
